Be part of a safe and caring community

The moment you step foot inside Rest Point Village you’ll notice a real sense of community and we know that within no time at all you will feel at home.

At Rest Point Village you’ll enjoy a range of facilities and a wide variety of social activities. The opportunity to develop new friendships and informal care networks is a significant benefit of living at our village.  Another major advantage is we are pet friendly and welcome you to bring your small house pets.

Facilities

At Rest Point Village, our facilities and amenities have been designed especially for your enjoyment, so you can spend more time doing the things you love.

Our Community Centre is the perfect place to meet up with old friends or to make new ones. Inside you will find a large screen TV, a well-equipped library and computer, a lounge area with a self-catered kitchenette and a dancefloor.

Keep active or simply relax in the village grounds where you’ll find a swimming pool, outdoor entertaining area with BBQ facilities, community vegetable garden and a men’s shed.

Social Activities

Our active Social Club Committee regularly organise a range of activities and events for residents to participate in. From Bingo and arts and craft afternoons to line dancing – there is something for everyone. The committee also hosts BBQs and other social get-togethers including special occasion celebrations.

Security

At Rest Point Village we understand how important it is to feel safe and secure in your living environment, that is why we have friendly, helpful staff on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You’ll also have peace of mind knowing that access to the village is via a boom gate.

Pet friendly

We recognize the important role that pets play in the lives of many people. Residents are allowed pets provided that prior consent has been obtained from the Village Manager.

Management consent is entirely discretionary and will take into regard the type, size, potential noise and risk associated with the pet.
